Feeding Animals

Have the chance to hand feed our goats, pigs and chickens!

Petting Animals

Experience holding a baby chick or a full grown chicken! Pet the goats and scratch the pigs' ears.

Learn about where food comes from, the life of a small farmer, environmental aspects of farming and more.

Fun

Enjoy fellowship, crafts, snacks and fun!

Gardening

Harvest ripe crops, learn about the life cycle of many plants, and sow seeds!

Teens

Older kids will have the opportunity to learn about finances, marketing and other aspects of running a farm business. If interested, there are opportunities for teens to participate in on-farm processing.

Age Groups

We limit the number of kids per camp, so sign up now! We may cancel or postpone a camp if there isn’t enough interest for a particular date. Please bring water, bug spray, sunscreen and dress appropriately. 

Parent + Me (0-5): These are designed to be enjoyed with a parent (or two). You’ll get to tour the farm, hold/feed animals, and enjoy a picnic on the farm. Possible craft or story time. Opportunity to purchase our products after camp. Duration: 2 hours | Cost: $5/child

Kids (6-12): These are morning camps that include a tour of the farm, a story and craft time, opportunities to hold and feed animals, learn about planting and growing food, collect eggs and enjoy a picnic on the farm. Duration: 3 hours | Cost: $40/child (Includes a snack, drink and a take home craft)

Teens (13-18): These are morning camps that include a tour of the farm, opportunities to hold and feed animals, learn about planting and growing food, agriculture in NC, business aspects of farming, and more. Enjoy a picnic on the farm (Snacks and Drinks provided. Please bring lunch.) Duration: 4 hours | Cost: $50/teen

Coming Soon – Internships (15-18): Are you interested in learning about pastured poultry and swine operations, small farming, regenerative agriculture, business operations, marketing and more? We will soon be launching an internship program- it lasts a week and includes a processing day (we process and package chickens on our farm). You will experience all aspects of farming and running a business.
